Aliquippa Allen, Ph.D.

Dr. Aliquippa Allen is the Founder & Executive Director, Rural Business & Training Center, Inc. (RBTC), CEO, Di-A-Dex, LLC, retired Academic Dean, and retired United States Air Force Veteran. Aliquippa is also a business owner and a certified coach, trainer, and speaker.
Dr. Allen is very active in her community and has served on the executive boards for the Marengo County Economic Development, the Demopolis City School Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Leadership Marengo, YouLead, and the Alabama Communities of Excellence. She was also a participant of Leadership Marengo, Leadership Sumter, and most recently, Leadership Alabama.
She is a Demopolis native but grew up in the Bronx, NY. Her years of military and civilian leadership roles include, Superintendent of the AF Space Command Inspector General Team, Commandant, Command Chief Master Sergeant, Department Chair, Associate, Interim, and eventually Dean of the College of Business and Technology.
Dr. Allen resides in Demopolis and has one son.
