The Higher Education Partnership and the Higher Education Partnership Foundation, Inc. have worked together over the years to develop leadership training programs for students attending Alabama's public universities. The goal of these programs aims to develop leadership capacity that encourages today's students to grow into tomorrow's leaders for Alabama. 

The annual Freshman Leadership Conference for students selected to participate in freshmen or first-year leadership programs on campuses of Alabama's 14 public universities. These groups include Freshman Forum, First Year Council, and similar freshmen leadership programs. This conference is the premier opportunity for this elite group of freshmen leaders to connect, collaborate, and engage with peers from institutions around the State of Alabama.

Join us for a 1-day conference connecting freshmen leaders from across the state. Students will receive in-depth leadership and advocacy training from state leaders. The conference will prepare students for future leadership roles on campus and in the community.
