2023 STARS Conference

Hosted by the Higher Education Partnership, the STARS Leadership & University Advocates Conference will feature specialty break-out sessions as well as general sessions, panel discussions and lunch with a featured speaker. Plus, there will be an Alumni Task Force meeting and a meeting of the University Student Government President’s Council. HEP Board members also need to make plans to attend the board meeting which is scheduled for the conclusion of the conference on Friday, August 6. The STARS Leadership and University Advocates Conference offers a learning experience and a time to network with peers. Conference participants will enjoy an opportunity to acquire or enhance their skills of advocacy, while also gaining insight about issues facing Alabama.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

The cost displayed is an all-inclusive, per-room cost. For rooms with multiple people staying in them the per-person cost is multiplied by the number of people staying in the room. To register, under "Quantity" please enter the number of rooms you will need under that rooming option. This will provide all-inclusive conference registration for that number of participants. On the following registration page, you will be prompted to enter the contact information for those staying in the room together.  

Please note the Partnership does not match individuals with outside roommates, unless specifically approved prior to registration.

Conference costs are all-inclusive of 2 nights lodging, 3 meals, conference materials and registration fees.
