	Willie Phillips, (above left) new SGA president at the University of Montevallo, and Arthur Harris (above right), past SGA president at University of Alabama Birmingham, are recognized at the Partnership's Awards Luncheon for STARS leaders. The luncheon is held annually to award students for their leadership role with the STARS organizations on each campus and to recognize the incoming SGA presidents.
