	The Higher Education Partnership Board of Directors met in Montgomery on May 21. This was the first meeting held after the completion of the restructuring process. The restructured board has 34 members. Its makeup consists of the chairman of the Council of University Presidents, three members elected from the Partnership Advisory Council, three business chief executives,*** one institutional representative from each university and one rotational representative from each university. The rotation provides for three faculty, staff, student, alumni and university president positions to be shared on an equal basis by the institutions over a five year period.
